SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS
Community Resource Support Groups
Free and open to the public for anyone who has first hand or second hand experienced pain as a result of mental illness, addiction, trauma, and loss. We can work together in your healing, recovery and changing journey.
All in-person support group meetings have some kind of workout after the lesson and discussion. Please come dressed to participate. All athletic abilities are welcome. Come one come all!

Blu is a certified mental health therapist and substance abuse counselor and Marissa is a Certified Recreational Therapist. We discuss drug addiction, sobriety, mental health, recovery, communication, and more. You can ask anything; it’s up to you, and now is your time!
