The Wall- Barrier to Sobriety

In recovery or on the racecourse, we all have the potential to hit the wall. The wall is defined as a mental, emotional, and sometimes physical barrier that hinders our progression as we strive to move our sobriety along. The Wall seems like an immovable roadblock that halts our progress. Overcoming the trauma threshold that holds us back, we can get over, through, or around these mental barriers and ultimately finish the race we started.
